昨日で最終営業を終え、今日で8ヶ月を迎えました。
足を運んでくださったお客様、生産者の皆様、
そして日々支えてくださった関係者の皆様のおかげです。

たくさんのご縁に恵まれた8ヶ月でした。
本当に、ありがとうございます。

年始は 1月5日より営業を再開いたします。
また、これまで日曜日は17:00からの1部制でしたが、
しばらくの間は 2部制とし、19:30からのご予約も承ります。

新しい一年も、一日一日を大切に積み重ねてまいります。

Yesterday marked our final service of the season, and today we celebrate eight months since opening.
We are deeply grateful to our guests, our producers,
and all of the partners and colleagues who have supported us throughout this journey.

These past eight months have been filled with many meaningful encounters.
Thank you sincerely for your continued support.

We will reopen from January 5th in the new year.
Previously, Sundays were a single seating at 17:00,
but for the time being we will offer two seatings and will also accept reservations from 19:30.

As we enter the new year, we will continue to value each day and steadily build upon our work.
